How do your style bundles work?

You choose how many pieces you want to keep at a set price. After checkout, you’ll fill out a short style and sizing form so I can curate your bundle just for you.

To make sure you love the final pieces, I often include a few extra items to try at home. You keep your favorites and return the rest using a prepaid label.

My goal is to help you feel amazing in what you wear without overbuying or wasting clothes.

How many items will I receive?

You’ll receive the number of items in your selected bundle plus 2–4 bonus try-on pieces, depending on bundle size.

The extras are there to give you options in case of fit, style preferences, or color choices. After any returns, you only pay for the number of pieces you keep.

Do I pay for the extra items?

No, not unless you choose to keep them.

If you decide to keep any bonus pieces, you can purchase them at a set per-item price. If you return them, you’re only charged for your original bundle.

Extras are meant to feel like a fitting room at home, not a pressure to spend more.

Why include extra pieces instead of offering exchanges?

Because shipping clothing back and forth can be expensive and environmentally wasteful.

By sending extra options upfront, you:

  • Get more chances to find a great fit

  • Avoid replacement shipping

  • Save time

  • Help reduce unnecessary packaging and transport

How long do I have to return bonus items?

You’ll have 14 days from delivery to try everything on and decide what to keep.

Any bonus items returned by the deadline using the prepaid label will be processed for refund or adjustment.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping for bonus try-on items is covered and included in your bundle experience.

If you’d like to request replacement items or swaps, additional shipping costs may apply due to the cost of repacking and re-shipping.

What if something doesn’t fit or isn’t my style?

That’s exactly why I include extra pieces.

If there are fit issues beyond the bonus pieces, I offer a partial refund of $10 per returned base item.

This helps cover:

  • Styling time

  • Shipping

Over time, your feedback helps me learn your preferences better so each bundle gets more personalized.

Is everything secondhand?

I specialize in helping folks going through some sort of life transition (post-partum, weight loss/gain, new job, etc) rediscover themselves through personal style.

Why don’t you offer full refunds on base bundle items?

Each bundle includes personalized styling, secondhand sourcing, and shipping. Full refunds would make it hard to keep this service affordable, sustainable, and low-waste.

My goal is to balance:

  • Fairness to you

  • Fair pay for creative labor

  • Keeping all my prices low - that’s one thing I love about thrifted fashion that i want to preserve!
